Across the country, DUI / DWI laws are becoming stricter. If you’ve been stopped for driving under the influence, you cannot afford to proceed without consulting a trustworthy experienced DWI Attorney. Challenging a DUI charge is possible.  Did the officer have the right to stop your vehicle? Did he have the right to have you step from your vehicle? Ask you to perform field sobriety testing? Arrest you? Request that you submit to a chemical test of either your blood or breath? These questions need to be reviewed by an experienced, aggressive attorney who is trained to detect the flaws in the Commonwealth’s case against you.  Our DWI Attorney are on the cutting edge of the law.  We attend and participate in frequent updates on the law.  If you chose to do nothing or do not use a qualified DUI / DWI Injury lawyer, you are much more likely to be convicted of a DUI. Even on your first offense, you’ll face costly fines, license revocation and jail time if convicted. Additionally, you may have to complete alcohol safety courses and community service. Penalties for subsequent offenses become significantly greater including mandatory imprisonment. We can help facilitate alternatives to you going to jail due to a DUI conviction.  We have been practicing law for over 35 years and, having handled thousands of DUI cases, starting with the preliminary hearing through trial phases including appeals, we have extensive trial experience pertaining to DUI / DWI in the criminal justice system.  We posses the qualifications and experience needed to successfully resolve your charges.  If you or someone you know has been charged with DUI / DWI in Bucks County or one of the surrounding counties call one of our experienced trial attorneys at Kardos, Rickles & Hand.
