Mr. Kardos has won verdicts of not guilty in Pennsylvania Courts in all types of criminal law matters, including murder trials; homicides; thefts; forgery; civil rights matters; rape; robbery; aggravated assault; DUI; vehicular homicide; as well as Federal Courts.
Mr. Kardos practices in all courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including Federal Court.
Mr. Kardos has won or settled personal injury cases over $100 million dollars, including products liability cases such as Littlejohn vs. Bic. As seen on ABC 20/20 TV program, this led to the recall of millions of Bic lighters.
Mr. Kardos has successfully argued many Appellate cases both in the Superior Court and Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Kardos handles all types of personal injury cases including fire cases, motorcycles, trucks, automobile, slip and falls, products liability, medical malpractice and construction accidents.
Mr. Kardos was a Supervisor of Middletown Township and Chairman of the Board for three years. He also was on the board of the American Red Cross of Bucks County and is currently a member of the Bucks County Prison Review Board. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Criminal Trial Lawyers Association and is certified to represent defendants in death penalty matters.
